These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of emberplaysocial.com (the "Site"), operated by Emberplay Social ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Free-to-Play Entertainment Only

The Site is a social casino provided solely for entertainment. For the avoidance of all doubt:

  • All gameplay uses virtual credits with no monetary value.
  • Virtual credits cannot be purchased — the Site accepts no payments of any kind.
  • Virtual credits cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or anything of value.
  • No prizes, winnings or rewards of any value are offered. Leaderboard positions confer bragging rights only.

Because the Site is free and nothing of value is at stake, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Site — which is zero.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its "last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
