This policy explains what information Emberplay Social ("we", "us") collects when you use emberplaysocial.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection deliberately minimal: the Site sells nothing, shows no third-party advertising, and runs no advertising trackers.

Account details. If you create an account: a display name, email address, password, and your confirmation that you are 21 or older.
Messages. If you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

Technical basics. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.
Local storage. The Site may store small amounts of data in your browser (for example, menu or session state). This data stays on your device and is not used to profile you.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to operate the Site: providing and securing your account, responding to your messages, maintaining leaderboards and community features, keeping the Site safe from abuse, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Third-Party Game Content

Games on the Site are served in free-play mode from third-party game studios' servers and open inside a window on the page. When a game loads, your browser communicates directly with the game provider's servers, which may receive your IP address and standard technical data. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. No account information of yours is shared with game providers by us.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site aims to work without advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary storage (such as keeping you logged in, or remembering that you closed a notice) may be used because the Site cannot function properly without it. 8. Age Restriction

The Site is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
